I am really disappointed by the way vodacom has handled my contract application. i applied online for an Iphone5, 3 weeks back, and according to the company website, if you apply for a contract online, it takes a couple of days to be approved provided all documents are in order. i had to consistently contact them to find out my application status. on the 29th of July, i was told, they were awaiting confirmation from their department. i was called by the confirmation department on the 2nd of august 2013 to confirm details, and my delivery. i was told i would receive the phone today (5th of August 2013). i did not hear anything from them, so i decided to find out, what the problem was, i was put through to another department, and was told i have to wait for another process. my problem, is why was i told the confirmation dept, is the final stage of the application process, because they had to confirm my delivery details. the people i have dealt with did not give me direct answers. i am really dissapointed with this service. i am still awaiting a call from their sales dept to explain to me why havent i received the phone yet.
