I signed up for the new S4 Galaxy contract including 200 sms's 200 minutes and a (1) gig of data a month. I received the phone around the 22nd of last month and activated it. I received about 1 hour 5 minutes of talk time and about 60 or so sms's with ZERO data, this was fine as i expected the data to be active from the 1st of the following month. On the 1st i received 200 megs of data and nothing else. i have spoken to 3 different CELL C personal today 5/8/13 (because nobody can assist over the weekend) and each have passed me on to another customer services number and each told me a different story as to why the data has not been loaded onto the phone, the last being the the phone "was soft locked but now open" i said thank you and ended the call to check on the data situation. GUESS WHAT.. STILL NO KEN DATA!! 2nd point i told the CELL C rep was that all debit's must happen on the first of every month yet there was a deduction made on the 24th of last month! thanks CELL C 2 WEEKS INTO MY FIRST CONTRACT WITH YOU AND I'M ALREADY BEING RIPPED OFF! I WILL BE ADVISING EVERYONE OF THE SERVICE I RECEIVED AND WILL BE CANCELLING MY CONTRACT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!
