False Advertising

Upon meeting with Martin in April / May he advertised a talk 500 plan that can get unlimited calls to 1 x Telkom landline number and the option to Top Up (not increase credit limit) after the 500 minutes have been used. Thus we signed documents to open the SmartSaver 500 plan. Upon wanting to record the unlimited landline number with the call centre they said that we have to be on the SmartPlan 500 to have this option. I went back to Clearwater 8TA where they changed the plan to SmartPlan. When the 500 minutes was done, we tried to Top Up and we could not as the option is only available on the SmartSaver. Martin at Clearwater falsely advertised that the SmartSaver 500 will have the option on unlimited calls to 1 x Telkom landline number and we will have the option to Top Up... which is why we took that option, but now it is not the case, otherwise we would not have signed the agreement to open account with Telkom Mobile... Martin said that I need to come back on the 16th of Aug, as you are not allowed to change contract within 3 months... which they did anyway the first time and it was still not what we agreed upon!
