Sometimes last year i went to cellc branch in south gate to ask about my balance was told its about R400 and something which i paid R500 at the nedbank account they gave me told them to close acc as it was my last payment now i get sms from Pholosa attorneys saying that i owe cellc R1237.67 after 1 year with no letter phone call or anything i want them to sort out this matter cause i am trying to buy home and its affecting my credit rating when i call this attorney company they telling me that they dont know which phone or which number that was after having 3 contracts at cellc which paid all even thought i was not even using the number. i have been married for 13 years have been using my surname for all this years now this attorney calling by my maiden surname Tanzwane that is why i am thinking the some kind of mistake cause they dont have all info about anything when i asked the consultant on the phone
