Terrible customer service

I bought a phone from CNA in centurion, the blackberry 9320, this phone was purchased on the 03/08/2013, the next day upon setting my alarm the phone started freezing, this happened a couple of times even in between messages. I took it back to the store and they referred me back to vodacom. Although it is within 7 day warranty period, they dont replace your phone instead they take it in which apparantly takes another 7 days to CHECK if they should repair or replace. This phone was barely 2 days old, now I dont have a phone even though, I just bought a brand new phone. If that is not pathetic then what is!!! I have experienced problems with vodacom on many occasions and I think there service is frustrating and pathetic...
