Shocking service for new client

After Cell C has spent such a large amount of money on advertising to move over to them and port your number, you would expect their service delivery to be better!!! I ordered a new phone and contract on 26 July 2013, and when I phoned today (7 working days later, as I was told on the phone when I ordered) the sales call centre agent could tell me absolutely nothing about when I can expect delivery. Apparently my application was approved last week, but as yet, no order has been placed?!?! I cannot for the life of me understand a) what is taking so long and b) why noone can tell me anything as to when the order will be placed and when I can expect delivery?? I have tried to explain to the call centre that I need the phone to do business and am currently experiencing loss of income due to not having any kind of communication method, but he just blanked me and assured me the phone would be delivered at some point. I need to know what that point is! I was promised 4 - 7 working days after I placed the order - it has now been 7 working days and still noone can tell me when I can get my phone. I am not even ON Cell C yet and already unhappy with their service.
