CANCEL CONTRACT

In June I complained about not getting a contract from Virgin Mobile and told them to cancel their contract because if they dont want my business I will cancel my contract with them. The call centre told me that my contract will be cancelled on 25 July and from 25 July i will be on pay as you go. Well today is the 5th Aug and I'm still on contract with Virgin and they are giving me all my new contract benefits but i dont have a new cell phone. I just hope Virgin knows that i WILL NOT be paying for any calls, data bundles, sms's or my contract subscription either etc from 25 July to 5 Aug or whenever they decide to cancel my contract. I did phone the call centre on 1 Aug and they told me the cancellation department will sort it out the next day on 2 Aug, well guess what I'm still waiting. If i receive an account from Virgin for new amounts for my so called new contract i will be taking the matter further!!! This is ridiculous.
