Every time when I try to contact virgin mobile to cancel my contract i can not go through their lines are always busy, virgin mobile continued to debit money from my bank account even though my contract expired, i went to my bank and blocked their debit order that is when they contacted me and made a payment arrangement with them, currently virgin mobile is debiting money from my bank account and i do not receive any statements so i do not know how much do i still owe them, can virgin mobile help me close my contract with them and can they me my account statements
