CellC's advertising states that if you are paying more than 15c a megabyte of data you are paying too much and that they have a fixed out of bundle rate of 15c
I recently exceeded the data bundle on my cell phone contract and was shocked to find that I am being billed 99c of out of bundle data. When contacting their call centre, even their own staff could not explain this until the second escalation. At this point I was informed that I needed to purchase an additional data bundle on top of the data allowance on my standard contract in order to qualify for the 15c rate. I believe the advertising campaign is thus extremely misleading
