Cancelled contract still costing me

Month after month of deducting as they please I decided to cancel my contract with Cell C with immediate effect. I had a R99.00pm contract with them and each month they deduct as they please. So I tried phoning them to cancel but the phone just rang and rang so I asked my daughter to send them an email to the customer care. This happened on 01/07/2013. We only got a response from them on 03/07/2013. Only the next day a lady phoned me and told me that it will take 7 working days to cancel the contract witch I said is fine - just cancel it. The very next day she phoned again and told me the contract was cancelled and the sim card is now inactive. But however this month they deducted money again from my account. Their excuse is that it's for admin on the account.
