Vodacom has overcharge our 3G account with R2000 in May and R700 in July 2013. We have launced a ivestigarion into the situation. They came back to us, 3 time already, promising us that they will be emailing forms for us, to complete, to enable them to do further investigatigations into the matter, since we had this account, it has never exceeded the amount of R300 per month and now this... Please may you be so kind to assist us in the matter.
