Last week I received a SMS from an attorney stating that Cell C handed me over for an amount that is outstanding on 1 of my lines since 2009?.. now realy!? This is how competant Cell C account department is--- the lines still active-- why did they not suspend the line? Why did they not contact me in 4 years tiem and advise me of the so called outstanding amount? When I called Legal Department @ Cell C the girlie said she can not give me any iformation I must call the attorney - and she stated''' Why dont you just pay it? When I requested statements for 2009, she told me the attorneys must request this?.. so by the way---the attorneys charge you R22 just to take your call... I need to speak to someone @ Cell C with savvy... This line was transferred to my daugters name? 4 years ago.. how can they transfer a line if there is still an amount outstanding?..I have an excellent credit record and Cell C is about to ruin it.!. How do I get in contact with someone @ Cell C who can take charge?... I think it is impossible
