My company Wood@Ease's website was hosted by @lantic SP for the last couple of years.
From last year it happened once in a while that my website was hacked and very negative adverts appeared as one tried to open the site. @lantic did not noticed it themselves.
As I complained, they resolved the problem.
This happened several times.
Recently when it happened again they were not able to recover my website, and the reason was that our site was not runned by their new servers (and this was MY problem!!)
They never advised us or emailed us what to undertake to let the site run by their new servers...?
As I complained about this situation, they were not able to do anything at all, and the worst was that they do not even keep a backup of our website!! They were not willing to help with anything at all.
As the company who designed our website closed down recently we also were not able to get backup of the site.
It costed me to re-design a new website, and let it host by another SP.
Non of my clients were able to get acces to the website in meantime, and we lost sales.
No excuses or suggestions were made by @lantic in all this time.
This was absolutely the worst service I ever experienced
