I have 4 contracts with vodacom. I was phoned by a consultant about a migration. A quotation was given to me via phone. I told vodacom that i will consider the migration on two of my contracts. Vodacom said to me that i have a month to consider the option. Before that month expired i went to vodacom in worcester mall to cancelled the migration as it did not suite me. I was told that the migration was already in operation. With the help of the consultant at the store my contract was restored after a month but vodacom refused to refund, restore, my data and accumulated airtime that was lost in the process of migration.
