Useless Staff / Billing System

I was a member on the Virgin Mobile network for 4 years.
The time had come to move to another network and I have cancelled my contract after the expiry date.
After 4 months of cancelling the contract, I'm still trying to stop them from billing my account.

The stories they tell you when you call the call centre, "we see you cancelled it on our old system, however our new system doesn't reflect this". I do understand that systems do have glitches, but after acknowledging this, they are still billing me for a service I can't even use.

DO NOT START A CONTRACT WITH THEM, YOU WILL NEVER GET THEM TO STOP BILLING YOU!
