When I got the wifi with internet from the Clearwater branch I was not told that there is very bad coverage in the area I live. I subsequently phoned the call centre and was told that my contract will be terminated without penalties because the branch should have checked for coverage in my area.
I phoned the 111 number at 17:51 on 1 Aug and was informed I should speak to the cancellations department on 082 1958, Jessy put me through, but cancellations didn't answer after I held for 6min45sec. I phoned again at 17:58, held for 3 min6sec, still no reply.
2 Aug I have phoned:
10:02, held for 5 min 20 sec and
11:03 held for 3 min 17 sec; and
11:42 held 4 min 58 sec; and
11:58 held for 22 min; and
15:26 and held for 7 min 28 sec.
This means I have spent just short of an hour holding on, listening to a total of 3 three songs repeating over and over again.
All I want to do is speak to a human and confirm the cancellation of this contract with immediate effect.
