My modem is faulty, it disconnected for no apparent reason 3 times while doing this report, the signal is bad, i get no feedback (wrote 2 report complaints already) after the infamous "we have received your report" message. Does anyone even work at vodacom? i would call to complain about your service but i can't because the signal is exceptionally poor. Fix this, not in the near future, this must happen so quick it should have happened yesterday.
