Worst service provider around?

I would like to congratulate Cell C on being the worst service provider in South Africa.

I opened an business account with them about 3 months ago and went in there yesterday to see what I needed. The lady there said I just needed a letterhead as a purchase order. Knowing how bad the service is, I called this morning again to find out exactly what I needed. The new person said I should bring a bank statement (which the initial lady neglected to tell me).

Then I arrived at the store today, the same women that I saw yesterday now said that both directors need to be there with ID books to complete more forms.

I am tired of the constant rubbish service. My contract termination has been sent through and this BETTER be cancelled at the end of this month!

If you are looking to open a company account, please do yourself a favour and use another service provider!!!
