I am complaint about MTN Paarl Mall service, I booked my phone for repairs on the 19/07/2013 and I called the repairs centre on 01//2013 regarding my phone only then they told me my phone has not been with them yet its still on the MTN Paar Mall. I am paying for my contract and its bad service for them to let me stay 2 weeks without my phone as i am gonna stay another two weeks and they do not even give a client a loan phone. What kind of service they are giving to the clients, I still need explanation about this from them if i did not called the repairs centre i bet my phone will still be with them for the whole month of August. To my suprise the lady who helped me is also the one who told my mom when she went there on 29/07/2013 that the phone is not back yet were as she exactly knew the phone is still with them.
The lady name is Lallah and she is the one who also booked my phone for repairs. This is bad service from MTN and know I must stay without the phone for the whole month. It totally shows that the only thing they care about is the money not the good service to the same clients they open contract for.
