Dear reader,
I find it so disguisting that I had to take a day off from my work, where I cancelled my contract line at the Cell C store in Clearwater mall, the lady assisting me phoned your offices and made sure about the amount remaining on the contract. I was sent to make a cash deposit at the Nedbank branch in Clearwater the amount of 1546.69, went back to the branch and faxed through the cancellation letter, proof pf payment and a copy of my ID to you.
The amount was paid the contract cancelled, but you debited me my monthly instalment again???
I need you to sort this out immidiatly and refund me the monies owed to me right away, as this is very unprofessional.
