Skylan @ acknowledged and conceded that Autopage had erroneously hard-barred and not cancelled 0845163777 as per my instruction in 2011. told would be credited for all this time credit ref A1304254877.Nothing, soE-mailed kagovender & said I would hold payment on linked accounts until this substantial credit passed.By July still nothing Then lines suspended, final notice and penalties charged. I paid, still no credits passed. Store computer"tickler" records show cancellation2011 notice & correspondence. Also awaiting promised credit for BIS incorrectly charged on upgrade from BB to Samsung -nothing. Once charged /_R10 000 for charges incorrectly billed to me. Only resolved due to determined store owner! If present dispute (BIS and credit cancelled line) are not resolved by 26/8/13 I will pursue legal action which my attorney has advised me to do. This company puts as many obstacles as poss to not be accessible or accountable to its clients.
