At the beginning of this month (July 2013) I upgraded my 2GB contract to a 5GB one.
When the time came to receive my data (on the 20th) I once again received 2GB. After endless calls and visiting the Mtn shop in the Mooiriver Mall Potchefstroom (which is a tenth of the size of the Vodacom, Telkom Mobile and Cell C ones therefore always full of people) it still has not been resolved. I have been told for the 2nd time now that it will take 48 hours.
After receiving this type of service you can most certainly be assured that this was my last contract (especially after seeing that Vodacom and Cell C received the most "complaint-into-compliments" the last 60 days on Hellopeter).
