I had a case in 2011 where i was down graded from control chat 500 to control chat 100 and i was told that i will not be charged for the migration but the strore migrated me twice and charged me for both migrations of which the other i did not know how it came about
I have lodged a complaint through Hello peter and was later refunded but that was never communicated with the finance/billing department and now i have been handed over to JM Attorneys for moneys owed to cell c, I have sent emails to customer services and the person named Mbongeni Ntshangase and Petro De Freita nothing came out of it and they have all not responded to my queries
I need to know if the store tells me i dont have to pay for migration why was it billed to my account after two months And why was i migrated twice and charged R1478.00 when a single migration is only R750.00?
Till to day i still need answers
