I have never been so disgusted at the service I have received.

I cannot believe how 8ta never did the debit order run of R1321.20 for June, my line was disconnected 25/07/2013, they promised that a debit order of R2699.50 would be done on the 26/07/2013... Guess what, nothing!

I enquired about doing an EFT, they said I could do the EFT, but they couldn't guarantee that my account wouldn't be debited too... This has happened to me before with 8ta, they double debited me. What kind of pathetic company can't handle their accounts properly?

I was then informed on Friday 26/07/2013 by Kelvin Pillay from the Gateway store that it had been activated... Guess what, nothing!

I was leaving for Cape Town on the 26/07/2013, so guess what??? I had to get a pre-paid sim card from CELL C so that I could be in communication whilst on business...

I have now made the payment 01/08/2013... I sent them a screen dump as POP... Guess what??? Not good enough! I have now had to go back to my office to email the POP through to them, no one has contacted me...

NEVER EVER EVER use 8TA...

Besides the above complaint, my calls constantly drop, signal is terrible everywhere... Numerous issues before...
