Vodacom handed me over to their debit collectors, I paid up the account in 2012 I now need a paid up letter cause they listed me on ITC. no one can help me they promised me a letter on 26 July, I have been phoning ever since and don't get any respond. when they use my ID nr they don't find anything on their profile. I think it's not fair to list me on ITC and when I do pay they just don't care cause they have their money now, I don't want them to take me off I just need a letter stating that I don't owe them anymore money that's ALL. I went in to Vodacom Wonderpark where I took out the contract and the manager there promised me to take it futher and still no reply its pathetic. please can you guys help me get a respond out of them?
