Blacklisted phone - Sorry we can not assist

I have an old Blackberry Curve 9300,
Decided to use it again due to phone problems, the moment i switched the phone on it said "Phone not allowed MM6"
I then called 082111 and the lady said according to my IMEI: the phone have been blacklisted.
I said i did not black list it so it's impossible and there must be an error somewhere.
She said it's fine I should fill in the un-blacklisted form with a copy of my ID and fax it they will fix in within 48 hours, today being 72 hours and still not fixed. I phoned again and the lady said she will pass the query to the technical people.
I received a call and it was Gloria Ref no:, she said without a proof of purchase they cannot assist me. I said I bought the phone way back in 2009/2010 and do not have the proof of purchase. I said to her that surely they should have my purchase on record as it was a contract phone and through Vodacom.
She said that even if I complained here that she would still not be able to assist me.

My Question is what now??? It's my phone and I did not blacklist it!!!
