I applied for a cellphone contract on the 16/07 through cell c direct, the application was approved as I was adviced... 3 weeks later I have still not received the handset and after being advised that delivery takes 7 working days, I find this totally unacceptable. had I known that this would be such a hassle I would've gone to another service provider... no one bothered to call me advising me if there would be a delay
