I had a problem with my phone, blackberry 9900 bold, i sent it to them for repairs, after 9 days it came back and still having the same problem, i sent it back to them again after a week, the phone came back yesterday, i took it home and withing an hour i did the very same thing, which is a message that says "sim not allowed", i told them that i am no longer happy with the phone but they don't wanna listen, now i am paying the contract of a phone that works if it wants too and Vodacom insist on saying that the phone is okay, i am really frustrated. why should i keep on reporting that the phone has a problem and they say their technicians says the phone is okay, now is their word against mine. the last time i took the phone back to them it had the message of sim not allowed on the screen but still they did not want to take my story. i was told to do a sim swop which i did, but still have the problem, it is very sad because i am paying vodacom, and i was told at the shop that if i have a problem with that i must go to the place where i signed the contract, whew, that was very sad to me, i thought vodacom is one big company but i was wrong. maybe changing to a new provider will help.
