Yesterday after phoning numerous times to numerous, I phoned tygervalley centre. They said that I'm not the first client to complain about this and that they have to send a security guard to MTN for them to pick up their phones...
Now I did an application, I'm still waiting on feedback. I have been promised that the last galaxy tab that is there will be kept for me... But no one gets back as no one answers their phones... I emailed them, only to receive an automatic reply stating that the person is not available and i have to contact someone else. It gives me the number which DOES NOT EXIST...
When they finally will get back they would have probaly given my tab they promised to keep to someone else and i will have to wait again... emailing also does not help as no one responds. I have contacted 3 people via email and nothing...
