Upgrade gone seriously bad

I recently called vodacom to enquire about my upgrade. This was in june 2013. The lady named pinky told me that I could upgrade immediately as my bill had a high average. I upgraded and agreed to be charged no subscription and no migration fee. The total amount monthly was going to be R429 monthly as at 1 july. This included cli, itemised billing, 200 mb data, 75 mins and 150 sms's. She then sent me a quote which I signed and told me that my phone will arrive by courier. I must call in to activate a free data bundle of 500 mb once the phone and sim arrived. I called in once the phone arrived the next day. They then at no request of mine added 3 data bundles increasing my subscription to a wopping R770 a month. What rubbish service is this. They then started deducting money without me knowing. Freddie and Olga hans tried to assist but still for 2 months now I have been deducted extremely high figures. My lawyers will be getting involved. This is very poor service and customer satisfaction. I have paid over R100 000 in bills since 2006 and this is what it gets me.
