Last week I had a sim swap done on one of my contract lines, it had R450 available with which I bought R50 airtime for my other line and 1GB of data. On Sunday evening I couldn't understand why my page wasn't loading only to discover that my GIG was up as well as the R200 airtime that was remaining.
I never received a sms stating that the GIG was nearly up and also can not understand how it possible to go through that amount in 3 days.
I was told when I phoned on Monday morning that my session was still running...PLEASE tell me how when I had the sim card in front of me. Also surely when I disconnect and pull the dongle out and close my laptop it SHOULD NOT be running!
I am seriously disappointed and shocked...according to the call centre I was also supposed to open the bottom tab and end the session there???
Honestly I can't understand how a service can still run when the sim card is not even attached, I hope you will reimburse me my lost airtime and rectify this problem.
