I had a Cell C contract. This contract was cancelled LONG ago!!! I have the email of proof of cancellation from Cell C. I had a conversation around the same time from a representative confirming this. You phoned Me!!!
Today i get an sms stating i am to be handed over for collection? After phoning yet another useless representative to query this i am told i owe another R340.
HOW CAN I OWE MONEY FOR A CANCELLED ACCOUNT / CONTRACT WHEN YOUR REPRESENTATIVE PHONES ME TO CONFIRM MY CANCELLATION??? If your incompetent staff or system has caused a mistake somewhere- That is YOUR problem!

Cell C - i suggest you sort this out and remove my name and details from your system or you will be dealing with my legal team, as i am SICK & TIRED of this nonsense, PATHETIC service you continue to offer your customers! It is no wonder that nobody wants to "change to cell c". You continue to annoy and WASTE peoples time and MONEY - MINE included!!!

You have until 05/08/13 to sort this out or i WILL action legal proceedings of my own, against you. How many times must i deal with the same problem. NEVER again will i pay you a cent
