I Nazir Mahomed signed a cellphone contract with Altech Autopage Cellular 2 years ago and had my phone sent in for repairs 3 times and each time the phone came back worse than it went in for repairs.
My cell phone was give to Altech in Reservior Hills for repairs 60 days ago and when I contact them they told me the phone has water damage and would cost R800 to repairs, which I refused to pay and then told them last week Tuesday to send my phone back. Today is the 1 of August and I made numerous call to Altech Reservoir Hills who cannot seem to know where the phone is and when I will received the phone.
I am disgusted with Altech Cellular service and will never recommend to anyone and also will not renew or take a contract with that company again.
