I have just sent a long winded email to Cell C Customer service detailing another pathetic interaction with the worst call centre in the country.
1. Do not expect request like emailing of statements, capping of spend on data accounts to be understood or actioned. wait an entire month to see that, once again, they have not actioned a request.
2. do not expect the call centre options to take you to someone who can help you with your request
3. Do not expect the operator to be even slightly be able to understand what you are asking without talking slowly and repeating yourself 100 times.
