Refer to above reference number. It appears Telkom @ Boulders shopping center front office and back office do not work to the correct process because I was billed for 1 x SmartPlan 150 contract. Thanks for wasting customers time which Telkom don't pay me for. Please reverse the amount you deducted and ensure the debit order stops.
