About 3 months ago I bought the once off 24gig data package where you get 2gig of data every month. It worked great in the beginning but for the last month I have been unable to connect during the week (sunday evenings to friday evenings). The rest of the time it works fine. I phoned their customer support and they just told me to register the sim on the network manually. Tried that about a thousand times but no luck, still no connectivity during the week. I understand load on their network would cause it to be slow but having no connectivity whatsoever is just bad. I am at the point where I want my money back for the remaining unused data and then throw away the dongle...
