YELLOW BAD SERVICE or NO SERVICE!!!

I logged a call two weeks ago requesting that my 2013/06 itemised bill be emailed to me. The call was done through the Chat option on [URL Removed] The consultant said that it will take 2 to 24hours for my account to be send. After two days I followed up again via the Chat service and the consultant said that they experiance technical difficulties and logged a call with their technical department (Ref 102447542) and that agian it will take betwee 2 and 24hours to send me my itemised bill. Agian I followed up via the Chat service on [URL Removed] after not receiving anything (Ref 102508573) and again they said that it has been send and it will take 2 to 24 hours for me to receive it. that was monday 29/08/2013. TODAY i tried phoning the call centre from my cell phone, and after 10 minutes I hung up after no one answered my call. I decided to go to the service provider centre at Centurion mall, to ask them to assist me. AGAIN they gave me a ref number (102655220 / 2476512) which does not help, with the lady assisting me with a exstremely bad attitude. I have been with MTN from the start of my professional life and have 3 contracts which I have a good mind about to cancell. YELLOW NO SERVIC
