I want my money back or a New phone

I have taken my phone for repairs to Vodacom in Lakeside mall for the 3rd time and its still not working, I bought my blacberry 9320 in December 2012 and it was only working for Four months until it started giving me problems, since June my phone has been in and out of repairs. Each time the job card received has a different description of parts replaced. I have been recharging for BIS which i havnt even used the phone.. it would work for a day and stop. I would either like for them to return my money or replace my entire phone. i have been running up and down, wasting my time and petrol and still not getting the service i deserve. I will not ever buy anything from Vodacom and will urge my friends and family to do the same as they cannot provide good and efficent service to their customers. Vodacom need to catch a wakeup call.
