, SUSPENDED MY 4 X CELL ACCOUNTS AS A RESULT OF MY APPARENT DEBIT ORDER NOT BEING PAID. I SENT BLANCHE OPPERMAN MY STATEMENT AND SHE SAID THIS IS VOID. I THEN APPROACHED NY BANK AND RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING FROM Candice Dawson Complaints Management Capitec Bank... Good day Mr Lombard I hereby confirm receipt of your complaint regarding payment to your Cell C account. Please accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience the matter caused you. Notwithstanding your negative experience, please allow me to put the matter into perspective by providing you with the factual details that I have at my disposal. I realise from your complaint that you had to pay Cell C an amount of R 2, 600.00 in order to re-activate your account due to debit orders that were returned in April 2013.Considering the information on your bank statement, the debit orders to Cell C for the month of April 2013 were successful.
CELL C REFUSE TO RE IMBURSE ME AND MY LINES WERE SUSPENDED FOR MOST OF THE MONTH UNTILL I PAID THIS AMOUNT.. WHAT DO I STAND TO DO???
