After 26 complaints/reports in the last 5 months our ADSL in Ramsgate (KZN South Coast) is now finally NON-Existent! Multiple calls to Telkom and various persons yielded no results and financially we are suffering extreme losses because of this! Regional support number does not work anymore 0800600126 and an e-mail to [Email Removed] does not get answered! I am in the process of preparing a letter to the Public Consumer Protection and Icasa regarding this poor service. Every month Telkom collects my money for a service that does not exist ( 0.02Mbps download speed instead of 4MBps that we pay for! ).
This is not fair Telkom! You are extorting our money!
