I received our bill from MTN via post only to discover that a R200 service promo fee has been loaded.
Now I know exactly what a service promo fee is and I know why this is loaded (thanks to your contact centre who cannot answer my question, but keeps repeating what it is) however, what I do not know is why I am being charged a promo fee FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME since signing a contract on a BB 9790.
I need to know why I am paying a R200 service promo fee and for what? this was never communicated upon signing my contract, in actual fact, I ALWAYS ask what exactly it would cost me out of pocket before I even consider doing an upgrade!!
I no longer wish to hear irrelevant answers, I need the facts straight up and I need them fast, because this is now the 2nd billing query in a matter of months that I have to deal with thanks to MTN.
I have threatened to go to ICASA, but this time, I mean it! Sort this out MTN, I cannot keep going on like this because of your errors!
