In May 2011, I terminated my account with cell c and the last account i received had a credit balance (owing me money!!!). All of a sudden I am harassed at night by a credit collection agency on my land line threatening me with blacklisting. Since May 2011 not a single account was received (because they owe me money) and now I am being threatened with legal action. Trying to get hold of the legal department at cellc take serious patience. I need someone from cellc legal department to call me and solve this.
