Rotten & BAD service by Vodacom and rewards Co

I received a call from an agent and he said he is calling from Vodacom regarding my phone upgrade.
We went through the upgrade process on the phone and the phone was delivered to my house.

I was not happy with the phone and i contacted vodacom 082 1959 on the 05 June 2013 (the next day after recieving the phone) as advised by the agent to have the phone collected. Aquery was logged with Vodacom for collection. I have been calling Vodacom enquiring about collection and eventually one of the agents advised that Rewards Co which is a contractor to vodacom did the upgrade therefore they have to arrange collection. I called Rewards Co on the 13 June 2013 for collection and they advised that a query was logged and it will be collected.

I called both Vodacom and Rewards Co on the 11 July 2013 following up and got the same story. Called Rewards Co again on the 18 July and requested to speak to a manager and i was advised the manager is not available and the phone will be collected that week.

Till today the 01 August 2013 same issue with a phone in a box at my house and im paying R 700 to 1200 a month on a phone. I'm done with vodacom, want to cancel this stupid contract
