I am constantly being phoned by a call centre number to be offered a contract by Vodacom direct. Apparently i have been a good customer for 5 years and they want to offer me a contract for R88 or some such. I specifically asked the lady where i consented to being marketed she declined to answer me but can tell me my airtime balance and everything short of my dna type. I explained to her that i am under debt review and that it is a criminal offence that Vodacom can be sued for under the NCA to offer contracts to people under debt review and that a multi-billion rand company like Vodacom should have mechanisms to check this based on fact if i accepted and took you to court i could sue to reckless/negligent lending up to R1million. the lady offered credit over phone and as per ncr has to be licensed to do so and know laws.says she has no access to this and its not how it works... excuse me my family work with the NCA and are registered with NCR i do know the laws and so should she!! I would love to accept the contract and get back every cent i ever spent and more from you. PLEASE CALL ME AGAIN AND OFFER CONTRACT... I WILL GET COURT ORDER FOR TRANSCRIPTS AND SUE!! YOU ARE ADVISED!
