Wrong Acoount Info and No Internet

The BIS on my phone stopped working this morning and even after repeated attempts to use the USSD string to purchase more, thinking maybe that could be the reason, it still would not function. I called the call center to assist, who asked security questions which i answered correctly and was forwarded to the technical department who said they could not assist as the account was not in my name.

This account was under my mothers name while i was a student, but was changed into my name in 2010! This is whyall the security questions and answers are applicable to MY details. After 5 years i cant get assistance on such a simple request becaus esomeone neglected to update the account details.

Very disappointed in the whole situation.
