I cancelled my sms bundle and still found it appearing on my statement for 3 months. i called everytime i received my statement requesting it to be cancelled and me to be refunded with the amounts. It took autopage 3 months to finally cancel it and six months now still have not received any credit. I have been getting sms from them for the last 6 months claiming that my request is being attended to but to date no action. i have given up on them and only wish i could have been in a position to cancel my 2 year contract with them. since getting out of a contract is not possible i know i will never take out a contract with them ever again.
