Vodacom
No feedback and misleading information

I had a 24 month contract with Vodacom that expired on 20/06/13.I gave them notice 1 month before contract ended. I spoke to Thembilihle on 30/05/2013 who advised that I still had 700 free minutes that I should utilise by 30/06/2013.I went to the Vodashop in Randfontein and purchased a Sim card of R80 and started using the phone. She also advised that the last debit will be on 20/06/13.On 22/07/13 my account was debited again with the amount of R210.When I enquired they told me that that was for the usage of the free minutes, but did not inform me that the" so called 700 " was for everyday off peak time. On 24/7 I spoke to Gift who promised to request copies of the voice recordings. She promised to get back to me on 25/7.Needless to say, no phone call. On 25/7 I called again and spoke to Thembilihle, still no feedback. On 30/07/13 I spoke to Mateemane, still waiting for feedback. They also advised that I should not return the debit order as i will be charged R100 for returning the debit order.
