Repair Centre handing back a broken phone

I sent my BB 9900 for repairs to Vodacom Canal Walk CT in Feb before the year warranty expired. After a week they informed me my phone has water damage which is not covered under the warranty. Then handed my phone in for re assessment at Vodacom Blue Route Mall in April, after 3 weeks because of work commitments. My phone warranty expired during repair period. This branch had my phone for a total for 3, 5 months. Upon enquiring the delay I was informed by store manager Tokai, Blue Route Mall that my phone is now unserviceable since circuit board blew whilst technician was working on it. Upon questioning him if Vodacom will now refund me another phone, he changed his story to say that phone got water damage, which is not covered under warranty. I originally sent my phone in because screen was freezing and would switch off on its own. 28 July I collected my phone from Store Manager, Ebrahim Hardien. At home I tried charging the phone. Only to found out that the phone does not want to start up at all now. Now to lose a phone worth R7200 because of the technicians blowing the circuit board? What am I to do to be able to get Vodacom to admit the mistake on their side and cover my loss?
