A consultant from Cell C phoned me during May and offered me an excellent new deal which I then agreed to take. However, when I got the billing details, the deal I was offered and which I took up, was nowhere to be found. I think I have phoned them about 15 times since I discovered this incorrect billing and I am absolutely getting nowhere.
Only once had I been phoned by a Brian guy from Head Office who explained to me that Cell C made a mistake in offering me the specific deal. I told him that I accepted that, but I would not have taken up the deal if it would be differently structured than discussed during the original telephone conversation. He then promised to send me an email explaining all my options going forward, but I'm still waiting for the email and it's now 3 weeks later.
I am now really fed up in phoning Cell C to try and sort this out. All that I get is hollow promises of somebody who will phone me back, but NOBODY from Cell C is phoning me back.
