On 22nd July, saw on my statement that I was paying for something that I did not authorize, so I called Vodacom and we discovered that someone in Chatz Cell phone in Capetown took out a contract on my name. I did not authorize this. I was told that someone will investigate this and contact me within the next 24 hours. No one contacted me! I called again on the 26th of July and I was told that the query was transferred to the wrong division, they were to transfer it to the right division and someone will contact me within 24hrs. And Still no one contacted me. I called again yesterday 31st of July and I was told that Nombezethu Ngubane was dealing with my investigation the sms, with all the relevant information, was sent to the number was blocked due to the investigation and I requested to be contacted on alternate number. Which I was not. I called again today to get Nombezethu Ngubane's email address as I do not have access to a fax and Sasha in Legal department could not assist on top of it she gave me the wrong email address to sent my personal staff [Email Removed]

The money is still being deducted from my account even though we are undergoing an investigatio
